When will I be able to log back into Deputy & start using it reliably?
The maintenance period will be approximately 60 minutes. We strongly suggest not logging into Deputy or carrying out any actions in Deputy within this period. After the maintenance period, you will be able to log back in and reliably use our services. We thank you for your cooperation.
What happens to staff that are clocked into Deputy?
All users that are already clocked into a shift in Deputy before the maintenance period will remain clocked in & their time will continue to be tracked
Will my staff be able to start or end a shift or break in Deputy within the maintenance period?
Users will not be able to reliably start or end a shift or breaks in Deputy within the maintenance period.
Which Deputy applications are affected by the scheduled maintenance?
All users on all our applications will not be able to reliably use our services within the maintenance window. This includes our web app, mobile apps and Kiosk time-clocks.
Will this log out users on the Deputy mobile apps & Deputy Kiosk time-clock?
No, this maintenance period will not log out users from mobile apps and time-clocks. However, we don’t encourage users to clock in and out of their shift during this period.
