How can this report help my organization?

Use this report to view daily schedules grouped by team member to improve visibility of shift times and work locations.
 

What questions can this report help me answer?

• Which scheduled shifts does each team member have?

• How can I print the schedule for my team members to reference offline?

• How can I easily share schedules using automated tools?
   

What is in the Schedule by team member report?

Filters

The table in this report will be acted upon using the built-in drop-down menus to select specific:

• Date
• Location
• Area

There are also two checkbox filter options: 

• Show timesheets 
• Exclude open & empty shifts

Table of Schedule by team member

A table displaying the daily schedules grouped by team member, based on the criteria selected using the filters above.

The table contains the following data fields:

• Team member
• Date (individual day columns for the Date range selected in the filters above)

Note: If you've selected the checkbox for Show timesheets in the filters above, the table will display seperate fields for Shifts and Timesheets, under each Date column.
