How can this report help my organisation?
Use the Team member profile audit report to investigate discrepancies in a team member's details by viewing a history of changes made to a team member's profile.
You can also use it to analyse staffing levels by observing a monthly trend of team members being added and archived.

What is in the Team member profile audit report?
Table of team member profile changes
A table displaying team members profile changes that can be filtered using the built in drop-down menus to select specific:
- Date (defaults to display the last 30 days but this date range can be edited as required). Note: the asterisk indicates this filter is required to be set to run the report.
- Team member name
- Modified by
- Modified Field
These filter selections will only act upon this table within this report.
The table of team members' details contains the following data fields:
- Team member name (whose profile was changed)
- Modified date (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
- Modified Field
- Old Value (what was in the field before the change)
- New Value (what is in the field after the change)
- Modified by (which user changed the field)
Chart of Team members added and archived per month
A column chart displaying the number of team members added and archived in your organisation. The chart defaults to display team members from all locations with data for each month over the past 12 months but this can be changed using the built-in drop-down filters:
- Date
- Location
These filter selections will only act upon this table within this report.
