Requirements:

  • Must have Location Manager or System Administrator access


Steps:

  1. On the People tab, click on the employee you'd like to modify.

    Select the 'People' tab on the top menu, then click on the employee name
  2. Select Employment from the left-hand menu, then click on Edit.

    On the left-hand menu, select 'Employment'. Then in the upper right-hand corner, click 'Edit'.
  3. In the Pay Details section, add or update the Payroll ID. Once completed, click Save in the upper right-hand corner.

    Select the 'Pay details' section to add or update the 'Payroll ID'. Then go to the upper right-hand corner to click 'Save'.
