Issue Description:

When trying to export all locations for a 1-month timeframe, receive an error message stating Not enough memory to open this page. Try closing other tabs or programs to free up memory.

Replication Steps:

  1. Log into Deputy via web browser

  2. Schedule tab > All Locations > View: Area | Month or View: Team Member | Month

  3. Export > Download as CSV

  4. Receive Error Message


Cause:

System defect. This error message generates when trying to export schedules for All Locations for a monthly period. This has been reported to development.


Solution:

Workaround 1:

  1. Log into Deputy via web browser

  2. Schedule tab > Select 1 location > View: Area | Month or View: Team Member | Month

    Select the 'Schedule' tab on the top menu bar. In the upper left-hand corner, select the location dropdown and select 1 location. Then change the view to either area by month or team member by month.
  3. Export > Download as CSV

    Go to the right side of the screen and select the 'Export' button to open the dropdown and select 'Download as CSV'.

Workaround 2:

  1. Log into Deputy via web browser

  2. Locations tab > Select the dropdown arrow for a location > Schedule

    Select the 'Locations' tab from the top menu. Find the location you want and locate the dropdown arrow to the right of 'Edit Settings'. Click on the arrow to open a dropdown menu and select 'Schedule'.
  3. View: Area | Month or View: Team Member | Month

    In the upper left-hand corner, the location dropdown has the 1 location selected. Change the view to either area by month or team member by month.
  4. Export > Download as CSV

    Go to the right side of the screen and select the 'Export' button to open the dropdown and select 'Download as CSV'.
