Requirements:

  • Must be a Location Manager or System Administrator


Steps:

  1. Log in to Deputy via web browser

  2. Select your name > Select Business settings

  3. Under the General tab, look for Enable support chat for the account and click the toggle to turn ON > Select Apply Changes

  4. Select Help > Select Support access

    Select 'Help' at the top right of your screen to open a dropdown where you can select 'Support access'
  5. Select the toggle to turn ON > (Optional) Specify when support access should be turned off > Select Save

    In the new pop-up, select the toggle to turn 'ON'. There is a dropdown option to indicate when support access should be turned off. Select 'Save' in the bottom right-hand corner.
