Things to keep in mind:

When purchasing Deputy directly through the ADP Marketplace, you are being resold Deputy by ADP. Your billing will be consolidated in the same invoice as your ADP Run account.

  • If they are not able to assist, your rep will send a request to the ADP + Deputy implementation team to resolve your issue.
