Check your schedule on the Deputy website

There are two ways you can check when you are working when you use your web browser to log in to your Deputy account at once.deputy.com

Me Tab

The Me tab is a starting point to summarise what's happening with your schedule for the week.

You can use the date selector to view shifts in other weeks or you can click on Upcoming Shifts to see a list of all your upcoming shifts.

You can also see any open shifts on the Me tab in case you want to work any extra shifts.

Schedule Tab

When you click on the Schedule tab you can click on the following selectors

  • Location (if you work in multiple locations in your organisation)

  • Date

  • View (By Area or by Team Member)

to view your shifts for the selected time period.

Click on your name to highlight your shifts.

Click on specific shifts to view shift details or advise you can't work the shift and want to swap or offer it to a team member.

Check your schedule on your Deputy mobile app

There are two ways you can check when you are working when you log in to your Deputy app on your phone:

Home tab

From the Home screen just tap on Upcoming shifts.

Schedule Tab

Tap on the Schedule tab and select your preferred view:

Day View

Here is an example of the Day View of the Schedule on an iOS (left) and Android (right) phone. It shows a list of who is working and scheduled to work, where and when on the day selected.

Just like Week View by Area, you can filter what you are seeing by:

  • tapping the circled icon to toggle between Day View and Week View

  • tapping the location indicated by the arrow to toggle between work locations

  • tapping the arrows to the left and right to advance one day at a time OR

  • tapping on the grey bar under the day to reveal a date selector to jump to any other date.

Week View by Area

Here is an example of the Week View by Area of the Schedule on an iOS (left) and Android (right) phone. It shows a grid view (grouped by Area) of who is working and scheduled to work, where and when on the day selected.

Just like Day View, you can filter what you are seeing by:

  • tapping the circled icon to toggle between Day View and Week View by Area

  • tapping the location indicated by the arrow to toggle between work locations

  • tapping the arrows to the left and right to advance one day at a time OR

  • tapping on the grey bar under the day to reveal a date selector to jump to any other date.

Check your schedule on your Deputy Kiosk for iPad

If your workplace uses the Deputy Kiosk for iPad to clock in, then when you log in you will see the Me tab where you can view details of your next scheduled shift.

To see more upcoming shifts tap on the Schedule tab.

You can tap on specific shifts to view shift details or swap or offer the shift to others if you can not work it.
