  • California Daily OT - After 4hrs, at a multiplier of 2.00, occurs for all hours worked above 12hrs per day (on the first 6 working days in a week) 
  • California Weekly OT, at a multiplier of 1.50, occurs for all hours worked above 40hrs per week

  • Spread of Hours Pay, a one-hour premium where spread of hours exceeds 10 in a day
  • Predictability Pay, for employer-initiated schedule changes with less than 14 days' notice:
    -Additional work time or shifts = $10 per change; $15 per change if less than 7 days' notice
    -Change to shifts but no change to total work time = $10 per change; $15 per change if less than 7 days' notice
    -Reduced work time or shifts = $20 per change if at least 7 days' notice; $45 per change if at least 24 hours' notice but less than 7 days; $75  per change if less than 24 hours' notice
  • Clopening Pay, at the rate of $100 per clopening
