How can we make the start of the week to a certain day?

To change the start day for a location, click 'Edit Settings' on the location you wish to change.

How do I add a location?

To add a location, click 'Add Location' and follow the prompts to fill in the information.

How do I view my locations in different ways?

Head to the Locations tab. In the top-right, under 'Add Location', you will see three different buttons:

These represent the three ways to see your locations:

  • List View
  • Map View
  • Swim Lane View

List View:

List view gives you a basic view of all the locations in your Deputy account.

Map View:

This view drops a pin down on the location's geographical point on a map. 

Swim Lane:

This view allows you to see information about locations that have pending scheduling action items. 

How can I restore a deleted location?

Deleting a location is an irreversible action. This is why it's recommended to archive a location rather than deleting, so you can reinstate the location in the future, or access any data associated to it.

How can I reinstate an archived location?

To reinstate a previously archived location, in the location tab at the top right corner, click the dropdown menu for 'Add Location' then click the option for 'Archived Locations'. 

A listing of all archived locations will appear on the screen.



Click 'Reinstate' on the location you would like to retrieve.
