This guide will show you how to upgrade to a paid plan in Deputy.

Getting Started

When you sign up to Deputy, you are initially placed on a trial plan. Once this trial period expires, your data will be frozen until you upgrade to a paid plan. You are given an option to 'Reset' your trial, but this will delete the data you have previously inputted into the system and you will have to start from scratch.

To upgrade to a paid plan, simply log into your account at If you're directed straight to the 'Me' tab, simply go back to, or

You will be directed to the following page. Press 'Settings' above the account you would like to upgrade.

After you hit 'Settings', click on Plan. When you select the plan you would like to sign up to, click 'Choose Plan' in the corresponding box.

From here you will need to choose between a monthly or a yearly payment system. You will then be prompted to enter your payment details. Deputy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payment methods. When you have entered in your payment details, hit 'Place order' at the bottom.

Please note that when you select an ‘Annual’ billing schedule, you will be prompted to select the number of licences you are purchasing. The displayed Amount will change based on the number of purchased licenses.
