This guide will show you how to upgrade and to a paid plan in Deputy and renew your Annual Plan. We will cover:

  • How to select a paid Plan
  • Accepted forms of payment
  • How to renew an Annual Plan

Getting Started

When you sign up to Deputy, you are initially placed on a trial plan. Once this trial period expires, your data will be frozen until you upgrade to a paid plan. You are given an option to 'Reset' your trial, but this will delete the data you have previously inputted into the system and you will have to start from scratch.

To upgrade to a paid plan, simply log into your account at once.deputy.com. If you're directed straight to the 'Me' tab, simply go back to once.deputy.com, or https://once.deputy.com/my/#home

You will be directed to the following page. Press 'Settings' above the account you would like to upgrade.

After you hit 'Settings', click on Plan. When you select the plan you would like to sign up to, click 'Choose Plan' in the corresponding box.

Payment Options

From here you will need to choose between a monthly or a yearly payment system. You will then be prompted to enter your payment details. Deputy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct debit (AU, UK, & US only) and PayPal payment methods. When you have entered in your payment details, select 'Submit'.

Please note that when you select an ‘Annual’ billing schedule, you will be prompted to select the number of licences you are purchasing. The displayed Amount will change based on the number of purchased licenses.

Renew Your Annual Plan

User will have the option to renew your subsection 27 days before your annual subscription is due to expire.

To renew, log into your account at once.deputy.com and click 'Settings' on the business you would like to renew.

Then select the 'Plan' tab and review your subscription information. Click ‘Renew subscription’.

The 'Renew annual subscription' model will appear where you can confirm the number of users you wish to pre-pay. It will auto-default to the previous annual commitment however you can increase or decrease the number here.

Once confirmed, click ‘Renew subscription'.

The last step is the overview of your renewed annual subscription including the updated subscription end date and number of prepaid user/s.
