All users of Deputy can log in to view and update their individual profile information:


How to Log into your Global Deputy Profile on the Deputy Website

1. Log in to Deputy website with your email address and the password you set when you joined Deputy. If you have forgot your password, you can reset it.

Alternatively, you can log in with your social accounts if you used those to sign in when you first joined Deputy.

2. On this page, you can see all the businesses you are connected to. Click on Edit Profile to update your global profile information.

Note: when you are already logged into your organisation on the Deputy website you can reach the same Edit Profile page by selecting Account overview from the drop-down menu under your name. You may be prompted to re-enter your password.


How to Update the Information in Your Global Profile

1. Click on the Profile tab to make changes to your Name, Email address, Kiosk PIN, Phone number, Date of Birth, Gender and Preferred Pronouns.

You can also resubscribe to email notifications here if you previously unsubscribed.

2. Click on the Profile Photo tab to upload or update your profile photo.

3. Click on the Address tab to update your home address.

4. Click on the Emergency Contact tab to update the name and number of the person you would like an organisation to contact in case of an emergency.

5. Click on the Security tab to reset your password or enable / disable two-factor authentication.

6. Click on the Social tab to connect to Deputy with your Facebook, Google or Apple accounts.

Don't forget to click Save after making changes on each tab.


 

Accessing your Organisation's Account

While on your Global Profile page you can see all the businesses your individual Deputy account is connected to.

To access an organisation's Deputy account, click on View.

You will be logged back into that organisation's Deputy account:


Global Profile and Organisational Profile Information

Once you update your individual information in your Global Profile, the information you have entered will automatically flow to your profile in each of the organisations you are connected to in Deputy.

You can see some of this information in your organisation's profile when you click on Profile in the drop-down menu underneath your name

You can click on Edit global profile to update your details.

 


Update Your Profile Information on Deputy Mobile apps

You can also update some profile information directly from your Deputy mobile apps.

If the information you need to update is not listed below you will need to log into the Deputy website to update your profile.

Deputy iOS mobile app

  1. Tap on the Me screen and select Edit Profile.

  2. You can update the following fields in your profile:

  • Photo

  • Preferred name

  • First name (legal name)

  • Last name (legal name)

  • Email Address

  • Mobile phone number

  • Date of Birth

  • Kiosk PIN

  • Emergency Contact Name

  • Emergency Contact Number

Deputy Android mobile app

  1. Tap on the menu 'hamburger' icon from any screen on the Android app

  2. Tap on the dropdown menu underneath your name.

  3. You can update the following fields in your profile:

  • Photo

  • Preferred name

  • First name (legal name)

  • Last name (legal name)

  • Email Address

  • Mobile phone number

  • Date of Birth

  • Kiosk PIN

  • Emergency Contact Name

  • Emergency Contact Number

4. Don't forget to tap on the tick to save your details before you leave the screen.
