What Is The Graph?
The Graph is a handy tool for visually analysing your sales against your rostered hours. It allows you and your managers to see at a glance how efficient your scheduling, allowing you to determine whether you have the optimal number of staff and hours scheduled.
In order to use the tool, please navigate to Scheduling and then select on the Graph icon.
How Do I Use It?
The object analysis will help with scheduling in 2 ways.
- The tool will show the peaks and troughs of the amount of shifts that are working any particular time of the day. For example if you're expecting to have a very busy lunch period, you can roster your staff so that their shifts favour lunch time.
The Blue indicates the wages and the Orange indicates the expected sales revenue
- If the employer would like to quickly see where else a particular employee is working during that week they can simply select one of that employee's shifts and then refer back to the snapshot graph to see the exact days they are also currently rostered on. The employer can also see the time span of those shifts allocated.
The Red indicates the shifts that this employee are already working and the Blue shows trade hours which they are not rostered on to work and other employee shifts.
