Singaporean Pay Awards

There are 3 employment terms which have been created;

  • Casual 44 hour week
  • Part Time 44 hour week
  • Full Time 44 hour week

Casual, Full Time and Part Time

Pay Condition Name - Multiplier - When applied 

  • Base, at a multiplier of 1.00, occurs Monday to Sunday All Day 
  • OT 1.5 (44+hrs), at a multiplier of 1.50, occurs after 44 hours worked in a week 
  • (M-Sun) OT 2 (Rest Day), at a multiplier of 1.50, occurs IF the employee works an unscheduled shift 
  • OT 2 (PH), at a multiplier of 1.50, occurs on a PH 

Conditions that have not been included

Who is affected What should happen Can this be done in Deputy 

  • The following affects all employees: The overtime ruling is either 9 hours per day OR 44 hours per week if the employee works 5 or less days a week. This can be done in Enterprise.
  • The following affects all employees: The overtime ruling is either 8 hours per day OR 44 hours per week if the employee works more than 5 days per week. This can be done in Enterprise.
